Prior to communicating with Gavin, I had very little experience with Recruitment Agencies before. Most agencies I dealt with were not very informative or efficient, however, Gavin really is an exception. Within days of submitting my application for a role, Gavin contacted me to discuss the role. He kept in regular contact with me throughout the whole process to constantly keep me updated. Whenever I had any queries, Gavin was very efficient in responding so I never felt unsure. He also contacted me before my interview for preparation and contacted me straight away afterwards to know how it went.

"Hi Ken, Over the past couple of months I struggled to find a role that really suited me, in the industry I ultimately wanted to be in. I signed myself up to numerous different recruiters and was actively searching for the perfect role day in day out myself. As you are probably aware it can be a tough and often, quite daunting task. She is in constant contact to ensure everything is ok and my search is going well. She even suggested we meet for a drink after I got my role. Her customer service skills are next to none and she is definitely someone you do not want leaving your company.
In the end, I was offered 3 roles and I chopped and changed a couple of times trying to decide which was the one for me. While I know recruiters get commission for getting people jobs, I rang Lauren asking her for her advice because I knew she would be honest with me. I am looking forward to starting my new role on the 28th of May and I most definitely have Lauren to be very grateful for.
There is no question in my mind that she is the greatest asset to your company and would be to any other company too. Ensure she doesn't leave, treat her well. Enjoy the rest of your week.
