Head of Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Champion Best Practice and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislation and internal policies, and pioneer best-in-class procurement methodologies.
• Inspire Professional Growth: Develop procurement best practices across the organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with Purpose: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, gaining their trust and support to implement best practice.
• Deliver Value: Develop and execute a procurement strategy that delivers best value commercially while aligning with company sustainability goals.

• Continuously improve procurement processes, ensuring best value and compliance.

Requirements:

You're an experienced procurement professional with a proven track record of optimising procurement performance, driving continuous improvement, and delivering value. You thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise and passion for excellence is fully utilised to achieve outstanding results.

• IIPMM/CIPS or equivalent
• An excellent technical appreciation of procurement and procurement performance measurement
• Expert knowledge of delivering value through procurement
• Private and Public sector experience

What We Offer:

Salary of €100,000-€120,000 plus bonus and benefits. Dublin Hybrid
