Due the pending retirement of one of their senior partners they are seeking an ambitious senior solicitor with proven man-management skills to take on and growing Property area of the firm.

About the position:

The team comprises a highly regarded group of lawyers with very deep roots in the Irish market and long-standing, cast iron relationships.

They act for a broad mix of Irish, international and private clients and advise on all areas of commercial, litigation and property law.

A crystal-clear path to partner is on offer with the current Partner retiring

Key Skills Required:

• Experienced solicitor with the ambition to make partner
• Extensive experience within Real Estate or Property.
• Must have existing relationships or a business development plan as well as the willingness to take on existing clients of the firm as the current Partner winds down.
• Highest level of integrity and commitment
• Capable of assembling and managing a team, generating fees which can maintain and sustain the profitability of the firm
• High quality performer with the highest quality standards
• Team player

Salary and fee % split negotiable but very attractive depending on experience.
