Your new company is a dynamic Irish construction company which has seen astronomic growth in the last five years, nearly doubling in size with large-scale projects across Ireland in industries ranging from healthcare, pharmaceutical, to heritage and residential sites.

Your New Role

Your new role as a Senior Site Manager will be to maintain construction and staff on what will be one of Ireland's largest residential construction projects, with over a thousand residential units being built and possibly more to follow.

This will involve all aspects of construction management, ranging from health and safety to snag lists and reports, liaising with clients and designers, maintaining budgets and schedules, quality assurance and adherence and report writing.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with several years' experience in positions of similar size and scale for large-scale residential construction.

Benefits

Starting salary would be dependent on experience, but ranging from €65,000 to €95,000 per annum, plus laptop, vehicle, opportunities for performance based bonus and company pension contributions matching up to 5%
